Store not working for you? Call our office to place your order. Also, many items we sell are not listed on our website.
Large items, such as solar panels and some inverters, need to be shipped on a pallet and require a custom freight quote. If you order these items, we will contact you with a freight quote and will not proceed with the order without your approval. The calculated UPS shipping on this site will not be valid for freight orders. However, in most cases the freight quote will be more cost effective.
Shipping quotes for PV panels are provided by the manufacturers. We do not make money on shipping and try to quote you as accurately as possible the actual shipping costs, with insurance. The safest way to ship panels is to have them banded to a pallet. This increases the cost of shipping due to the weight of the pallet but it works.
Price Fluctuations & Stock Availability
While we try to stay with the prices on our website, inverter and PV panel prices tend to fluctuate. We try to keep the information as accurate as possible, both for pricing and product details, but sometimes typographical errors do occur. If there is a change in price or availability of an item, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.
The items in stock change daily and sometimes an item may not be available because the website has not yet been updated. We will let you know if an item is unexpectedly out of stock and you have the right to cancel the order.
Check your Shipment on Arrival
When you receive your shipment of PV solar panels or other equipment, examine the units very carefully, being careful also not to damage the packaging, to make sure no damage has been sustained during shipment. If there is evident damage, immediately inform both the shipper and Beyond Oil Solar.
Look for the following:
Torn or punctured cardboard or stretch wrap
Broken or crushed corners
Module stack askew or shifted on pallet
Missing the “Do Not Stack” pyramid on module pallet
If damage is found:
Immediately write description of damage on the Delivery Receipt and inform the Driver.
o Note: If damage is not recorded and brought to the driver’s attention, the carrier will not honor any damage claim.
If the Driver is willing to wait, open the shipment and inspect items. Note any internal damage on Delivery Receipt and inform the Driver.
o IMPORTANT: If the Driver is not willing to wait while you inspect the shipment for damage or missing items, please note that on the Delivery Receipt (write “UNINSPECTED”) before the Driver leaves.
Sign for the Delivery and contact Beyond Oil Solar to being filing an claim within 48 hours of delivery.
o Note: Do not refuse the delivery. Doing so may result in the Dealer being held responsible for the return freight charge.
Verify Your Order
Compare the items shipped with the Packing List included with your shipment and verify that your order has been received.
If there is an overage or shortage of items, file an RMA within 30 days of receipt.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorization and a Return Authorization Number (RMA). If a return is authorized, customer will be given an RMA number and an address to send the return to. Mark the RMA number clearly on the package. To receive a credit, the product must be in original packaging and in new condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned with shipping paid, and full insurance.
Call us before returning any items.
Warranty & Repairs
All products sold are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty and will be subject to the manufacturer’s installation instructions. The warranty repairs must be done by the manufacturer. Do not return items to Beyond Oil Solar, but do let us know about warranty issues.
Defective products, or products that do not perform as advertised in the manufacturer’s sales literature, are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Do not return these products to Beyond Oil but do contact us and let us know about the problem.
Limits of Liability
The liability of Beyond Oil Solar shall not exceed the customer’s payments for the products purchased. Beyond Oil Solar shall not be liable for any other damages, or loss of profits or damages in connection with any products sold.
We cannot accept credit card payments for orders placed outside the United States or Canada. Contact us to place an order.
International orders will need to be prepaid by wire transfer and will only be shipped after the payment has been verified.
Privacy of your information, be assured that we will never sell, rent or otherwise use our customers’ data.
